The Ministry of Education (MOE) of Saudi Arabia has issued a request for expressions of interest in respect of the design, build, commissioning, finance, maintenance and transfer of sixty schools (comprising kindergartens, elementary, intermediate and secondary) located in Jeddah and Makkah, in the west of the country.

Auckland International Airport Limited has announced its intention to offer its 24.6% stake in North Queensland Airports (NQA) for sale to existing investors for AUD370 million (US$294.43 million). Abertis has closed a new liability management deal with two new bond issuances of its subsidiary in France, HIT, amounting to a total of €1,000 million (US$117,35 million). The new issuances have a maturity of 5 years; €500 million (US$586,78 million) maturing in March 2023 and 10 years €500 million maturing in November 2027.
