Arora Hotels was established in 1999, and it is a private / owner operator of hotels in the UK. The hotel division operates in three ways- Arora Brand, Independent Brand and under franchise agreements with international hotel brands. Group's hotels are located in London, provincial cities and major airports throughout the UK. The Arora Group is a privately owned UK real-estate and hospitality conglomerate that combines property development, hotel operations, construction and asset management under one umbrella. Founded by Surinder Arora, the Group began modestly in the late 1990s and has since grown steadily to become one of Britain’s most significant privately owned hotel operators. 

Its portfolio today spans luxury and business-class hotels (many located near major airports and transport hubs), retail and commercial properties, leisure assets including golf courses, as well as large-scale construction and development projects managed by its dedicated arm, Grove Developments. The Group positions itself as delivering “inspired environments and experiences,” leveraging synergies across its divisions to deliver quality hospitality, real estate, and mixed-use developments with a long-term view.
