Bristol Temple Quarter LLP is a public-sector partnership established in March 2024 by Homes England, Bristol City Council, and the West of England Combined Authority, with Network Rail expected to join formally. Its purpose is to lead the large-scale regeneration of the Temple Quarter area in central Bristol — about 135 hectares of mostly brownfield land — with ambitious targets including 10,000 new homes, creation of 22,000 new jobs, and roughly £1.6 billion per year in economic benefit for the city-region.

BTQ LLP is charged with coordinating development, including housing, workspace, public realm, infrastructure, and transport improvements — such as upgrading Bristol Temple Meads station with new entrances, enhancing connectivity, and creating sustainable, inclusive neighborhoods. Governance is via a board made up of representatives from its public sector founding partners, along with independent non-executives. The partnership emphasizes inclusivity, environmentally friendly design, and social value, aiming to transform Temple Quarter into a well-connected mixed-use district over the next 20-25 years.
