Itínere Infraestructuras S.A. is a major Spanish infrastructure management company. They currently have 6 toll-road concessions, all under operation.They also have a concession agreement for managing operation, maintenance and conservation for a toll road, also in Northern Spain. The concessions currently in our portfolio, which mainly come from ENA and Europistas, are fully operational and have achieved high rates of return, generating substantial cash flows thanks to a highly qualified executive team and enthusiastic and committed staff.
