MATARAT Holding Company (formerly the Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Company) is a state-owned closed joint-stock company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that offers services in aviation management. Established in 2013 by the country's General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), it today manages the operation of 27 airports across Saudi Arabia through its subsidiaries (Riyadh Airports, Jeddah Airports, Dammam Airports, and Cluster2), which aims to develop the kingdom's airports and improve their performance to keep pace with the rapid development that the country is currently witnessing. The company's four wholly-owned subsidiaries are responsible for the following operations:

  • day-to-day operations of all MATARAT-operated airports, including passenger and cargo handling, security, and maintenance.
  • planning and development of new airports and the expansion of existing airports.
  • attracting investment into Saudi Arabia's aviation sector.
  • provides a variety of support services to MATARAT-operated airports, including catering, cleaning, and ground handling.
