M & M Development Consortium was formed in 2009 by Malawian and South African professionals in various fields including Property Development, Project Management, Architecture, Urban Design and Town Planning, Academics, Retail and Business Management.The members of the M & M Development Consortium share a passion for development of the SADC region, in general, and Malawi in particular. The members took a strategic decision to look for infrastructure development sponsorship opportunities in the region. This entails infrastructure for transportation, human settlements and education.
