The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) has announced the construction progress for Ruta de la Leche agro-industrial corridor public-private partnership (PPP) project in Paraguay.

The project is divided into three Lots. The 64 km sector is managed by the Central Chaco Consortium, consisting of Benito Roggio e Hijos SA, LT SA and is 30% complete. 6 km have already been primed on the site. Lot 1 of the project, which corresponds to the Cruce Pioneros - Paratodo section, is the responsibility of Consorcio Vías de Occidente (Constructora Heisecke SA / VIALTEC SA) and was completed by 26%. Lot 3 was completed 47.5% and is being built by Tecnología del Sur SAE (TECSUL) and complies with Parathode - Douglas Crossing and Aceval Field to Infante Avalos Sanchez Crossing. The average progress of work on three lots by the end of 2022 reached 35%.

The project includes such sections as Pioneers Crossing – Paratodo from 48,4 km, including the  Paratodo - Douglas Crossing section from 5.2 km, the Aceval access and the Campo Aceval – Infante Crossing Ávalos Sánchez section from 0 km to 29,5 km.
