Corvias Solutions expands with two new Vice Presidents for P3s

Corvias Solutions has announced that Jason Washington and John Campagna have joined the team as Vice Presidents of Partnership Development.

They will focus on helping municipalities in the Chesapeake Bay region understand the benefits of a community based PPP solution to their infrastructure and stormwater challenges, like those being developed through the Clean Water Partnership with Prince George's County, Maryland.

Greg Cannito, Managing Director of Corvias Solutions, stated:

"With the significantly increased interest in public-private partnerships for the water and energy infrastructure sectors, having two new members on our partnership development team will enable Corvias to expand its discussions with municipalities across the country. Jason and John will listen to understand the complex challenges faced by local governments and provide insight into the benefits of a proven long-term, sustainable and cost-effective solution using an integrated program approach with additional opportunities for economic development."

Prior to joining Corvias, Washington served as Senior Vice President with Community First Enterprise where he focused on programs designed to strengthen communities by encouraging financial investment through local enterprises that offered wealth building opportunities to the region's underserved communities.

Washington will leverage his experience managing complex and unique infrastructure projects, and building strategic relationships within the public sector, to further Corvias' mission to develop innovative solutions on behalf of municipalities.

Campagna brings more than 30 years of experience addressing the social, environmental and economic needs of public partners. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner for Restore Capital, a company he founded to create private investment strategies for restoring our environment and enhancing local economies, including P3 strategies geared toward meeting Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) requirements, upgrading water infrastructure and installing mitigation practices around the Chesapeake Bay. He is an expert in helping municipalities develop alternative financing arrangements to help solve their infrastructure challenges in an innovative and cost-effective manner.
