Collectively, these projects will deliver and manage 396 social and affordable homes across four sites in metropolitan Perth, with a total investment of approximately AU$280 million (US$196 million). Plenary is a financial and commercial adviser on all projects and a development manager on one of the projects.
Rise@Murdoch will deliver 65 social housing units and 148 affordable rental homes within the Murdoch Health and Knowledge Precinct. Situated near Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch University, and public transport, the development will offer conveniently located housing for residents seeking proximity to jobs, education, and essential services.
