MCC Construction Engineering Group Corp., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Metallurgical Group Corporation (MCC), and Dianjiang County Government, in China, have signed the Yuwan Interurban Railway Dianjiang Station and the Wenbi Avenue urban PPP project.
The project is located in the Wenbi Community, Guiyang Street, Dianjiang County. It will be developed along Wenbi Avenue, which has an overall length of 2.7 km and a width of 50 m.
The main construction contents include the station square, buildings for commercial use, parking lots, bus stations, roads, pipe networks, greenery, street lamps, the Wenbi Avenue road itself and so on.
As agreed in the contract, the MCC Group will make a joint investment with Dianjiang County Xingyu Urban Construction Co., Ltd. to establish a project company that will be responsible for planning, fundraising, construction, implementation, maintenance, debt repayment, asset management and other project tasks.
