The government of Gmina WiÄ…zowna, a rural gmina (administrative district) in in east-central Poland, has launched a tender process for a building energy efficiency PPP project.
The preferred bidder will have to develop an energy efficiency refurbishment and renovation project to upgrade selected buildings. The team will be responsible for the design, build and finance of the project and the energy management of the buildings.
The final project scope, the concession period and the financial model, among others, will be defined in the terms of reference (TOR) at a future stage.
Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 4 November 2015.
Gmina WiÄ…zowna is located in Otwock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of WiÄ…zowna, which lies approximately 7 km north-east of Otwock and 23 km east of Warsaw. The gmina covers an area of 102.12 km², and its total population approximately 10,000 inhabitants.
Yesterday we reported that Gmina Gostycyn, in north-central Poland, launched a tender process for a building PPP project and two days before we reported that the government of Zgierz launched a tender process to upgrade buildings of educational institutions through a PPP model.
