The City Government of Carmona has awarded the Joint-Venture Agreement (JVA) and selected MEGAWIDE ONEMOBILITY CORPORATION as the Proponent for the implementation of the South-Luzon Integrated Terminal Exchange (SLITX) Project, with an estimated total project cost of PHP 801 million (US$13 million).
This award and the execution of the JVA are subject to Proponent's compliance with and submission of the following:
The Bid Security of the Proponent will be returned after the posting of the prescribed performance security and the signing of the JVA. Within 20 calendar days from receipt of this Notice of Award or unless specified in the JVA, the Proponent must submit all the requirements and comply with all the conditions for the award as stated above. Within 20 calendar days from receipt of this Notice of Award or unless specified in the JVA, the Proponent must submit all the requirements and comply with all the conditions for the award as stated above. Failure to comply with the foregoing requirements will result in the revocation of the award, the forfeiture of the Bid Security.
