Polish town tenders for wastewater PPP project

Krzywi?, a small town in Poland, has issued a tender process to develop a sewage treatment plant through a PPP project.

The project includes the development of a new sewage treatment plant, the access road to the new facility and the sewer system for the town. The contract involves the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of the new facilities for a period between 15 to 20 years. According to the authority the contract period could be extended.

The project expects to get funds from the European Union and use a mix of private and public financing.

Interested parties must submit their requests to participate on or before 7 November this year.

Gmina Krzywi? is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in west-central Poland. The gmina covers an area of 179.16 km² and its total population is about 10,000 inhabitants.
