West Coast Infrastructure Exchange seeks Executive Director

The West Coast Infrastructure Exchange (WCX), a non-profit organization created by the states of California, Oregon, Washington and the Province of British Columbia, is looking to hire an Executive Director.

WCX has been created to advance innovative approaches to the financing and procurement of public infrastructure projects. WCX's primary area of activity is providing education, advisory services and technical assistance to state and local government agencies in CA, OR and WA, regarding the use of public-private partnerships to finance and execute public infrastructure projects, with a focus on the water sector.

The Executive Director position requires someone with excellent presentation and public speaking skills, as well as the ability to forge strong relationships with political and community leaders and funders. Knowledge of public policy, finance, and public-private partnerships are also key aspects of this position.

Qualified candidates must be able to work independently while collaborating with different team members including WCX Board of Directors (comprised of senior officials from the member jurisdictions), WCX staff, public and private sector partners, external stakeholders and consultants.
