3i Infrastructure plc has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in French cold sterilization business Ionisos from Ardian Expansion.
3i Infrastructure has invested EUR210 million (US$229.37 million) to acquire around 95% of Ionisos, alongside management.
Ionisos is a leading owner and operator of cold sterilization facilities servicing the medical, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The transaction was announced on 26 July 2019.
