7 bids for Tivat and Podgorica airports concession

Seven bids were submitted for RFQ for the 30-year concession of Tivat and Podgorica international airports in Montenegro.

The deadline to submit bids was on November 25.

4 companies submitted individual bids:

  • South Korea's Incheon International Airport Corporation
  • India's GMR
  • Luxembourg's Corporacion America Airports
  • Turkey's Limak Holding

3 bids were placed by consortia:

  • Turkey's Cengiz and Denmark's Copenhagen Airports,
  • France's Groupe ADP and Turkey's TAV;
  • Ireland's DAA International, France's Bouygues Batiment International and Luxembourg's Marguerite.

The government of Montenegro expects an investment of at least EUR 200 million (US$ 220 million) in a 30-year concession contract to run the two international airports.
