The Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA) has invited bids from private-sector partners for the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a bridge over the Meghna River, together with approach roads, on the Bhulta–Araihazar–Bancharampur Road in Bangladesh, under a public-private partnership (PPP).
The concession/PPP period is 30 years for the Construction of the bridge on the Bhulta–Araihazar–Bancharampur Road over the River Meghna project.
The project is currently in the procurement/bidding stage, with the Bangladesh Bridge Authority (BBA) as the implementing agency. The bid submission deadline is October 19, 2026. Bids must be submitted to the Project Director, Project Delivery Team, Bangladesh Bridge Authority, at Room #501, Setu Bhaban, New Airport Road, Banani, Dhaka-1212, Bangladesh.
