BP seeks FEED contractor for CSS works at Tangguh liquefied pure fuel project in Indonesia

British Petroleum (BP) has launched a pre-qualification tender notice seeking an onshore front-end engineering and design (FEED) provider for its carbon seize and storage (CCS) mission at the Tangguh liquefied pure fuel (LNG) project in Indonesia. The FEED consultant will help BP achieve its plan of improvement and develop key carbon seize utilization and storage facilities at Tangguh LNG.

The scope of work includes:

  1. FEED for the project involving the onshore improvement scope featuring Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) compression, hydrocarbon compression, shared facilities, highway entry, pipe racks, tie ins and a native management room;
  2. Design of foundation to be utilized in engineering foundation of design document;
  3. Preparation of mission specifications to be used for supplies, gear procurement and development of mission scope;
  4. Mission value estimate and schedule for execution stage;
  5. Plan package deal preparation with paperwork;
  6. Prepare tender document for Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (EPCI) contract for the CCS mission.

Tangguh is the largest fuel-producing area in Indonesia with 1.4 billion cubic toes (Bcf) produced per day through two LNG trains. The manufacturing capacity is expected to increase to 2.1 Bcf per day after commissioning Prepare 3.
