VINCI Autoroutes (including ASF and ESCOTA), Eiffage (through APRR and AREA), SFTRF, and ATMB announced they have entered into exclusive negotiations with Brisa – Autoestradas de Portugal for the potential sale of 100% of Axxès, a leading European electronic tolling provider for trucks, buses, and utility vehicles. The transaction remains provisional and is subject to consultation with Axxès’ employee council and standard regulatory approvals. If completed, the deal would significantly strengthen Brisa’s footprint in the commercial vehicle tolling market across Europe.
