Modus Asset Management has completed the first phase by attracting EUR85 million (US$91 million) in investor commitments in the first closing.

In the initial closing, the Clean Energy Infrastructure Fund successfully attracted investor commitments, led by the European Investment Fund and Baltic pension funds. This fund, launched by Modus Asset Management, has a specific focus on accelerating the transition to renewable energy in the region. It aims to empower local renewable energy developers and establish an institutional-level investment platform. With a strong emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe, the fund targets regions with significant investment opportunities in renewable energy. Notably, it is the fourth renewable energy fund introduced by Modus Asset Management.

This Fund is dedicated to investing in various renewable energy projects, including solar PV, wind energy, and collocated battery storage. The fund aims to achieve a total installed capacity of 600 MW within its portfolio. It will primarily focus on projects in the late-development and ready-to-build stages, as well as turnkey transactions, ensuring efficient deployment of clean energy infrastructure.
