The Polish municipality of Żory is in the competitive dialogue phase for a US$28 million social housing PPP scheme.

The competition for the project involves 5 prominent bidders:

  1. Budimex (Ferrovial)
  2. Hochtief
  3. Mirbud
  4. Mota-Engil
  5. Warbud

These companies are actively vying for the opportunity to undertake the project, each bringing their expertise and capabilities to the table. The selection process will determine which bidder ultimately secures the contract for the project. The Zory Social Housing project in Poland has gained significant government support due to the pressing need for social housing in the area. Notably, the project intends to meet a "luxury standard" in terms of design and amenities, reflecting the municipality of Żory's inclination towards attracting wealthier residents. This focus on high-quality construction and upscale features underscores the commitment to creating comfortable and desirable living spaces for individuals in need of social housing.
