The Colorado High Performance Transportation Enterprise (HPTE), a division of the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), has launched a request for proposal (RFP) from qualified individuals and/or firms interested providing Tolling Advisory Services to the State of Colorado on an as-needed basis.

The Firm(s) will be responsible for:

• Providing advice on various aspects of HPTE’s Managed Lane program, including multi-corridor tolling strategies for CDOT and HPTE
• Program Management
• Back Office Procurement and Analysis
• Tolling System Integrator Procurement and Oversight
• Express Lanes Operations Support
• Traffic and Environmental Studies Oversight
• Express Lanes Project Procurement and Delivery Coordination with HPTE
• And other responsibilities as detailed in this RFP and determined as necessary by HPTE
