The Ministry of Public Works and Communications has announced that it had already awarded the works of the Capiibary section - route PY13 in Paraguay.

The construction of the project is divided into 2 lots. Lot 1, awarded to Concretmix SA for PYG 44,867,032,534 (US$6 million) involves the asphalt paving of 17.6 km. Lot 2, to be built by Constructora Acaray SA for PYG 39,749,967,380 (US$5 million) covers the asphalt paving of 9.5 km. Additionally, there is a 5.9 km section from Branch 13 to Ramal Primera Línea, making a total of 33.02 km.

The project includes various elements such as clearing, excavations, embankment, culverts, concrete-lined ditches, granular subbase and base, irrigation, asphalt concrete layer, shoulders, wire, signs, porticos, plastering, and the construction of a 20-meter bridge in Lot 1, among others.
