The City of Chartres has launched a tender for the development of a cultural and tourist centre to be located under the west esplanade of Chartres Cathedral. The city is located in north-west France, just under 100km south-west of Paris.

The authority has invited interested parties to submit expressions of interest (EOI) for the project, which is to be structured following a public-private partnership (PPP) investment model.

The submission deadline is 10 April 2019.
