Germany launched two school extension PPP projects

The city of Aschaffenburg and the city of Dresden in Germany have launched tenders for the school extension project in respective cities.

The city of Aschaffenburg has launched tender notice for the development of extension building in existing Gutenberg school in Aschaffenburg. The two-story extension building will be developed adjacent to the existing structure, which will open to the main building with a connecting corridor. On the ground floor, the canteen with 150 seats and the kitchen area will be built. On the first floor, 5 lounges will be developed. For the barrier-free development of the main building, an outside elevator will be built.

The deadline to submit a response for the Aschaffenburg school project is August 12, 2019.

The city of Dresden has launched tender notice for Modernization and extension works of the school building Gymnasium Plauen in Dresden. The scope of work includes demolition works, dirty water separator, rainwater facilities, drinking water facilities, electrical, heat and surface restoration works.

The deadline to submit a response for the Dresden school project is August 15, 2019.
