The Government of New Hampshire has launched a request for proposals (RFP) for Public-Private Partnerships projects. The private partners will finance, design, build, operate, and maintain transportation infrastructure projects.

The Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Oversight Commission is soliciting the second round of project proposals that may be suitable candidates for design-build-finance-operate-maintain or design-build-operate-maintain services.

The Public-Private Partnership Infrastructure Oversight Commission shall consider and recommend projects to the Commissioner of the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. The Commission shall also act as an advisory board during the execution of a public-private partnership project, supporting the Department in the development of a request for proposals and in the preparation of agreements for public-private partnership projects.
