Miami-Dade County has received four responses to the RFQ for the project from:

• Fengate Capital Management, Ltd. in consortium with Fentress Architects Ltd., Arquitectonica International Corp., Hensel Phelps and Honeywell Building Solutions SES Corp.
• M-S-E Judicial Partners, LLC, comprised of DLR Group, Suffolk Construction Co. Inc., EllisDon Services, Inc., EllisDon Facilities Services, Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
• Plenary Group USA Concessions Ltd. in consortium with Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum (HOK), Tutor Perini Corp. and Johnson Controls, Inc.
• Sacyr Infrastructure USA, LLC in consortium with Sacyr Construction SA, AECOM and Plaza Construction

The County has also appointed BMO Capital Markets to advise on the procurement process.
