The Private Investment Promotion Agency (PROINVERSIÓN) has announced the promotion and award of 38 Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) projects and Asset Projects in Lima, Peru.

This package initiative contains:

• the Peripheral Ring road project that includes the development of a 33.2 km long highway, from the intersection with Elmer Faucett Avenue with Cantala Callao Avenue to Circunvalación Avenue which will interconnect the main transportation axes of Lima (US$ 2,380 million); and
• Wastewater Treatment Plants (PTAR) Trujillo (US$312 million) aims at the efficient and sustainable collection, treatment and final disposal of wastewater from the cities of Trujillo and Chepén, La Libertad Region.

PROINVERSIÓN projects for approximately US$9,000 million, will help boost the country's economy.
