Oman's Ministry of Finance, in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources, has announced the opening of an Expression of Interest (EOI) process for a new Veterinary Quarantine project.
The EOI is part of the Finance Ministry’s ongoing efforts to advance Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives and enhance private sector involvement in infrastructure and public service projects. The project will be developed under a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain (DBFOM) model within the PPP framework. The Ministry is inviting specialized local and international companies with relevant experience to participate and obtain the EOI Requirements Document. The deadline to obtain the EOI document is December 25, 2025, while the deadline for submission of completed EOI documents is January 3, 2026. Interested companies may request further information by contacting the Ministry via email at ppp.daqc@mof.gov.om.
