Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) in Paraguay has received 19 offers from companies and consortiums interested in carrying out the paving and maintenance works of a 60 km section of route PY07 (Superhighway junction) in Puerto Indio. Out of 19 bids, the lowest bid stands at PYG306.87 billion (US$42.96 million), which represents -28.9% compared to the estimation of PYG431.75 billion (US$60.44 million) in procurement documents.
