The Government of Trinidad and Tobago (GoTT) through the National Energy Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (NEC) has issued a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking technical consultant for increasing private sector participation through PPP in Brighton Port at La Brea. The project includes works of financing upfront capital expenditure, expand and upgrade the Port, as well as operate and maintain the Port.

The technical consultant will support Internation Finance Corporation (IFC) in the implementation of a preliminary analysis for the project. The deadline to submit the interest is November 4, 2019.
