Ujjain Smart City Ltd (USCL) has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) for interested developers to design, build, finance, operate, and transfer (DBFOT) of a convention center under public-private partnership basis. 

USCL is a classified as State Government company registered at Registrar of Companies in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. The key functions of USCL are to plan, design, develop, implement, manage, maintain, operate and monitor the Smart City Development projects.

The deadline for the submission of interest is on September 23, 2019.
