The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) and Ashghal in Qatar have launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a private partner for the Qatar Public-Private Partnership Schools Development Programme – Package 3 for the design, build, finance, operation, maintenance and transfer (DBFOMT) of 14 new schools.
The project scope of works involves :
- Design and build of 14 schools
- Demolition work at evacuated schools
- Project financing
- Operation and maintenance over a 25 year concession period
- Handback of assets to the Authority
