The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has invited a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a green data center near Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic.
The ADB will engage the Consultant through the Simplified Consultants' Qualifications Selection (SCQS) method, using a Single-Stage Proposal approach. This process is open to legal entities that are established, incorporated, or registered in an ADB member country and operate by that country’s laws, subject to the eligibility conditions outlined in Paragraph 13 of Section 3 of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
