RFP issued for Redevelopment of CAMH Phase 1D PPP Project in Toronto

Infrastructure Ontario and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) have issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for CAMH Phase 1D PPP redevelopment Project in Ontario, Canada.

Phase 1D includes the construction of a new building (the Secure Care and Recovery building) to support CAMH’s forensics services. PCL has been prequalified to continue in the procurement process. PCL Includes:

  • Applicant Lead: PCL
  • Design Team:  Diamond Schmitt Architects & Architectural Resources
  • Construction Team: PCL Construction Canada Inc.
  • Financial Advisor: TD Securities

The project will be developed under Design, Build and Finance (DBF) model of Public-Private Partnership (PPP). The contract negotiation is anticipated to start in Q1 of 2023.
