Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Rehabilitation of the Taxation Data Centre Complex (875 Heron Road) in Ottawa.

The following qualified respondents participate in the request for proposals process:

• EllisDon Infrastructure (in partnership with EllisDon Capital Inc, EllisDon Corporation, NORR Architects & Engineers Limited, EllisDon Facilities Services Inc);
• UNI-T 875 (in partnership with Pomerleau Capital Inc., Plenary Americas LP, Moriyama & Teshima Architects, Kasian Architecture Ontario Incorporated, Pomerleau Inc., Bouygues Energies and Services Canada Ltd);
• Rideau Renew Partners (in partnership with Fengate Capital Management Ltd., Moran Olsha, Eastern Construction Company Limited, Buttcon Limited, Johnson Controls Canada LP).

The project involves the rehabilitation and modernization of a Taxation Data Centre Complex at 875 Heron Road, in the City of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Constructed in 1970, the building has a total area of 68,590 m2. The project is being procured under design, build, finance and maintenance (DBFM) model. The project will also require site work and improvements to the public area and transportation, including the reconfiguration of parking areas, new pedestrian crossings, new landscaping to help achieve sustainable development goals, and employee amenities such   patios. rooftop, courtyard, stormwater management pond and amphitheater.
