The Ministry of Transport and Public Works has announced the project is under construction in Uruguay.
The Circuit 2 (C2) connecting route 9 (between the cities of Rocha and Chuy), route 15 (between Rocha and connection with route 13) and the connection of route 9 and route 15 (200 km) is under construction, with a US$ 76 million investment.
