The Ministry of Transport, Highways, Ports & Civil Aviation, on behalf of the Road Development Authority (RDA), has invited sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Inclusive Connectivity & Development Project (ICDP) that includes Rehabilitation/ Improvement of 13.90 Km of Rural Roads in Katapola & Pasgoda Divisional Secretariat in Matara District in Southern Province.
The Government of Sri Lanka has applied for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of ICDP and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract.
