The city of Warsaw in Poland has received seven qualifications for renovation works for Warsaw Hala Gwardii. The private partner will design, renovate, maintain and manage the historical hall in Warsaw. The project will consist in carrying out a general renovation of the monument in order to restore the Hall to its unique, original commercial and service atmosphere.

The authority will select five bidders for the next stage in tendering process, which is expected to start in April 2021. The city expects to select the concessionaire by May 2022.
