Ku-ring-gai Council is inviting expressions of interest from the property and construction sectors for the Lindfield Village Hub, an urban renewal project located near the Pacific Highway and Lindfield train station on Sydney’s North Shore.

The hub will provide a new library and community centre, housing, retail and commercial space to boost the local economy and meet community needs, transforming 1.34 hectares of Council-owned land in Lindfield. 

This follows several years of community consultation and research, which has identified a strong desire for new facilities, housing and public spaces.

Ku-ring-gai Council is seeking an experienced development partner that has a strong track record delivering mixed use precincts and shares the vision for a distinctive mixed use precinct with exemplary design. Expressions of interest close on 2 November 2018.

Following this there will be a formal request for tender process that will commence in 2019. Construction of the Lindfield Village Hub is expected to be completed by 2024.
