The United Utilities Water Limited (UUW) has issued a tender notice seeking a private partner for delivery of the Haweswater Aqueduct Resilience Programme (HARP) scheme in Warrington, UK.

The selected partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance, and maintenance (DBFM) for the replacement of all six tunnel sections along the length of the aqueduct including the following works:

• Design, construction, testing and commissioning of the works;
• Planned and corrective maintenance, including lifecycle maintenance, of the assets following the completion of each section of the tunnel;
• Project management of the activities;
• Financing of the activities.
