The Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) of Paraguay has launched a tender seeking bidders for the Public passenger transport service in the Metropolitan Area public-private partnership (PPP) project in Paraguay.

The selected bidder will be responsible for providing services in following areas:

• Line 420, Zonal Entity No. 7 (Ita – Asuncion);
• Line 35, Zonal Entity No. 2 (Mariano R. Alonso, Bo San Blas – Asuncion);
• Line 10, Zonal Entity No. 4 (Fernando de la Mora – Asuncion);
• Line 40, Zonal Entity No. 2 (Mariano R. Alonso, Bo Santa Librada – Asuncion);
• Line 8, Zonal Entity No. 6 (Lambaré – Asuncion).

Requests for the Bidding Terms and Conditions cost PYG5,000,000 (US$668.285).
