The University of Cartagena in Spain has launched tender for the works on university residence building. The works include remodeling and exploitation of a university residence in the building located on Sor Francisca de Armendáriz street in Cartagena. Cartagena is a port city and naval base in the Murcia region of southeast Spain.
The concession period for the project is 40 years. The deadline to respond to the tender notice is September 19, 2019.
