The municipality of Sao Paulo in Brazil has launched a tender seeking consultant to provide a market study for the Celeste Metro line 19 project.

The metro line 19 will be 17.60 km long with 15 stations connecting Bosque Maia to Praça da Bandeira in downtown Sao Paulo. The planned line will have multi-model stations in Anhangabaú (connection to Line 3), São Bento (connection to Line 1), Pari (connection toLine 11), and Dutra (connection to Line 2).

The market consultant will provide potential ways to exploit commercial and real estate opportunities of a new subway line and land near stations. The consultants will also explore possible services inside the station as well as land adjacent to stations for implementation of residential, medical, shopping centers, logistics centers, universities and educational institutions, among others.

The authority expects to receive proposals until January 20, 2022.
