The project for the construction of the new community health centers and new long-term care facilities in North Sydney and New Waterford in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia will not be implemented on PPP model.

The Nova Scotia government will now fund the project and will implement it on a traditional build model, which, according to the government, will be faster than a PPP.
