VINCI Construction has completed the acquisition of Fletcher Construction from Fletcher Building in New Zealand. Founded in 1909, Fletcher Construction is a subsidiary of the New Zealand-based Fletcher Building group. The company employs over 2,300 people across New Zealand and generates approximately €630 million (NZ$1.3 billion) in annual revenue. Its core expertise includes hydraulic, marine, port, airport, rail, and road infrastructure projects. It is also expanding its presence in the renewable energy sector, where its activities continue to grow.
Together with Auckland-based HEB Construction, acquired in 2015, and SOL in Christchurch and Wharehine on the North Island, both acquired in 2025, this acquisition further expands VINCI Construction’s network of locally established companies across New Zealand. It also reinforces the Group’s position as a leading participant in the country’s fast-growing infrastructure sector. Across all of its operations, VINCI recorded more than €830 million in revenue in New Zealand in 2025.
