Company description

Eneva is an energy operator engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas and the supply of energy solutions. The company has exploration and production assets in the states of Amazonas and Maranhao. The company currently operates 11 natural gas fields in the Parnaiba (Massachusetts) and Amazon (AM) basins. In addition, the total concession area in these regions is over 60,000 km².

With a fleet of thermal power plants with an installed capacity of 5.6 GW and projects already under construction, Eneva produces energy for the Brazilian power grid. Its generating assets are located in the states of Maranhao (Parnaiba and Ithaca complex), Ceara (Pecem II and Thermofortaleza) and Roraima (Ocelot II). In terms of renewable energy, Eneva now has two operating facilities and a centralized and distributed generation pipeline located in the states of Minas Gerais, Bahia and Rio Grande do Sul. The company also operates in the free energy and natural gas markets.
