The Gruppo Fininc was established with the establishment of INC SpA in the late 1960s by the Dogliani family. In 1978, the Sipal SpA, an engineering company, was founded and became a part of the Fininc Group. The main activity of the Gruppo Fininc is in the infrastructure sector, with particular focus on the road, motorway and railway sector. The group employs, directly and indirectly, over 3,000 people in its business lines.
