Eight Interested Parties submitted EOIs for Attica Motorway PPP in Greece

The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced that eight Interested Parties have submitted an Expression of Interest for the Attica Motorway PPP project in Greece. The new services concession agreement covers financing, operation, maintenance, and exploitation of the road for a duration of 25 years. 

The following eight companies have participated in the EOI tender phase:

  • ABERTIS INFRAESTRUCTURAS S.A.;
  • Consortium of AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A. – AVAX S.A. – ARDIAN INFRASTRUCTURE; 
  • Consortium of BRISA – AUTO ESTRADAS de PORTUGAL S.A. – RUBICONE BIDCO S.A.;
  • Consortium of GEK ΤΕRΝΑ S.A. – FS ARK HOLDCO S.a.r.l.;
  • Consortium of MACQUARIE ASSET MANAGEMENT MOTORWAY HOLDINGS S.ar.l. – FINCOP INFRASTRUCTURE LTD;
  • Consortium of VAUBAN – DIF – EGIS;
  • Consortium “Union of entities VINCI HIGHWAYS S.A.S. – VINCI CONCESSIONS S.A.S. – MYTILINEOS S.A. – MOBILITY PARTNER S.A.S.”;
  • GRUPPO FININC – INC SpA.

HRADF’s advisors will evaluate the EOI of these companies/consortiums and submit their recommendation to the Fund’s Board of Directors regarding the candidates that qualify for the binding offers phase.
