With more than three decades of experience in affordable housing acquisition, investment, development and construction, NHPF combines real estate expertise with resident-centered services delivered through its subsidiary, Operation Pathways. NHPF currently owns and operates 63 affordable housing communities across 15 states and the District of Columbia, serving more than 25,000 residents.
